Are you the Epilog dealer in Canada?
Yes. Synergy Products is Canada's exclusive Epilog Laser dealer. We sell, set up and service the full current Epilog range, from the Fusion Ascent 12 to the Fusion Pro 48 and the Fusion Galvo.
Do you have showrooms I can visit?
Yes. We have showrooms in Delta, BC and Mississauga, ON. Visits and demos are by appointment, so call or send us a message to book a time. You can bring your own materials to test. Can't get to a showroom? Book a live online demo: send us your files and we'll run your parts on a real laser while you watch over video call.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship lasers, fume extractors, Rowmark plastics and supplies across Canada from our Canadian warehouses. Quotes are in Canadian dollars.
Should I buy a CO₂ or a fiber laser?
It depends on the material. CO₂ lasers engrave and cut wood, acrylic, engraving plastics, leatherette and rubber. They surface-engrave glass and remove coatings from coated metal. Fiber lasers mark bare metal directly. If you need both, Epilog offers dual-source Fusion Pro systems with CO₂ and fiber in one machine.
Do I need fume extraction?
Yes. Every laser needs its fumes removed, either through a blower ducted outdoors or a filter unit beside the machine. We sell Canadian-made FiltraBox units and BOFA extractors and will size one to your laser and materials.
Is training included with a new laser?
Training is included with every new laser. Your quote spells out the details. Training covers the machine, software, settings and routine care. Extra sessions can be booked for new staff.
