What Are Laser Engraving Plastics?
Laser engraving plastics are engineered two-ply or three-ply acrylic sheets designed specifically for CO₂ laser engravers. A thin cap layer sits over a contrasting core — when you engrave, the laser removes the cap to reveal the colour underneath.
The result: sharp, permanent, professional engravings that don't fade, peel, or wear off. Used everywhere from electrical control panels to corporate boardrooms to hospital wayfinding systems.
- Two-ply: cap colour + core colour (e.g. Black cap / White core)
- Three-ply: cap + accent border + core — three-colour reveals
